By purchasing our graphic collections you have the right to use the graphics for any personal or commercial project.

You may not repost, relist, resell, or offer these graphics as part of any collection or claim them as your own.

You may not post these graphics on any forum, website, or other place where they can be downloaded or copied by the general public. These files are for your use only.

You MUST give credit for the clipart: You must provide a link to my website, somewhere on your website. Please use this URL:  www.thegraphicdepot.com

If you can't provide a link, or prefer not to, you MUST include the following statement with your terms of use files, or on your links or artist credits page (if applies): "Thanks to The Graphic Depot (www.thegraphicdepot.com) for the artwork used to create this design." 

Wrapper Sets

By purchasing these wrapper sets you have the right to use these sets on completed projects for personal or commercial use. You may display them on your site for viewing purposes only. They must include the word sample across the image.

Our wrapper sets may not be shared in news groups, forums, or e-mail lists. You do not have the right to redistribute the wrappers in digital form. You may not take apart the wrapper sets and claim them as your own. You may not sell them on a CD collection.

Our terms of use may change at any time. Please be sure to periodically check our website for any changes. Please ask any questions you might have regarding our terms before using our products.

The Graphic Depot is a licensed reseller for Cheryl Seslar so you must follow Cheryl Seslar's Terms of Use.  All Cheryl Seslar Graphic Collections sold at The Graphic Depot are for PERSONAL USE ONLY - unless you purchase one of Cheryl's Commercial / Professional Licenses.

Reseller Terms of Use

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

1. You may resell this collection on your website that you own .

2. You MUST give a credit link in each listing where you are selling the sets. NO EXCEPTION
3. You may resell each product under your own terms of use but you may not resell them to customers who in turn plan to resell them on their own sites.

4. If you already have a collection that's included in the reseller program, you must re-purchase it, paying the reseller's cost in order to resell it.

5. You can set your own price as long as you don't sell it below $1.00 and you can not offer any of these products for free.

6. You may resell each product under your own terms of use (provided you follow the terms listed here), but you can't resell them in any type of reseller program.

7. It is the reseller's responsibility to service all items purchased for resell. We will not ship or email collections to your customers nor provide any other type of customer service regarding them. 

8. Collections must be sold in the exact manner you receive them. You can not take graphics from one collection and mix with another. However, you may sell single clipart items.
